		<description><![CDATA[Madam - You have inspired me to re-visit corned beef hash, food stuff I have not thought of for years (but remember quite fondly).  I am also being asked by my devoted family to make jambalaya and corn bread in the fashion of Madam.  I will take this task on with alacrity!
